A well-embroidered cap is one of the best ways to show off a brand. At our Manor Park workshop we embroider caps and hats for clothing brands, staff uniforms, events and one-off gifts. We can also print on some caps where that suits the design better.

Flat or 3D puff embroidery

Flat embroidery is clean, detailed and works for most logos. 3D puff embroidery stitches over a foam layer to give raised lettering and shapes that stand out. Puff works best with bold, simple designs, so send us your logo and we'll tell you honestly whether it suits 3D.

Caps, beanies and other hats. Bring your own, or tell us the style and colour you want and we'll source them for you.

The front panel is the classic choice, and side and back details are popular for brands. Ask us what's possible on your chosen cap.

Cap FAQs

Can I get just one cap? Yes, one-offs are welcome.

Can 3D puff be done on any design? Not always. Very fine detail doesn't puff well, so we'll advise before we stitch.

Do you embroider caps for staff uniforms? Yes. Caps are popular for kitchen, counter and event staff alongside our workwear and uniforms.
